What a great weekend with family, celebrating Christmas...

So much great food....and I enjoyed every bite of it. :)

Kyle and I did get a nice, but chilly, run in on Saturday

and it was back to Bootcamp this morning at 5:30 a.m. (old picture)

Breakfast was a Green Power Smoothie
1/2 half frozen banana
2 cups spinach
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/3 cup chobani greek plain yogurt
1/2 cup Silk Original Almond Milk
Mix all together and enjoy

I am noticing that I am going to have quite the full race schedule this summer, and I am very much looking forward to it.  Tonight I commence training for those races.  Easy 3 mile run with strength training.....
