Sitting in our car waiting to go into the gym for my cousins basketball game
We made excellent time,  a whole hour early. 
Oh well,  I can walk around and see how much has changed.
This is my first post ever from my phone. Hopefully it works.
Check out the workout I put together for Kyle and I this morning.  It was a great 30 minute cardio burst with some weights to follow.
