Half Marathon Training- Hills

Tonight I was feeling pancakey (yes it is a word)
so I made some Spinach/Almond Flour/Protein Powder pancakes
they certainly hit the spot.......

Spinach Pancakes 

3/4 cup protein powder

2 tablespoons of almond flour

½ c. Unsweetened Almondmilk

2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

1 c. of fresh spinach

Blend ingredients and cook mixture on medium heat 

Flip when bubbles appear. 

On tap for tonight's half marathon training
so I put together a little hill to tackle after Big E went to bed....

Followed up with some yoga......
Now off to read some more of It Starts with Food.

Have you read it, so far it is a very interesting book.

  1. NICE, tough hill workout. 8% is no joke - I want to fall off the treadmill. :)
