Tabata love

As I settle in to watch some Big Bang Theory, some QVC PM style I notice my quads are a little sore from this mornings workout.  I love that..

I started with the WOD "Jack" which is a 20 min AMRAP
I had some extra time so I threw together a little "no equipment needed" Tabata workout to do which included:

20 seconds work/10 seconds rest

Sprints on the treadmill (high knees if you don't have a treadmill)

Low Ski Lunges with floor touch


Tricep Push-up with side plank

 Plank Pike

It's quick and a fun workout to do.  Hope you enjoy!
