Deadlift-Hang Clean Complex

I am an early morning riser..The alarm goes off at 4:45 a.m. and I am up and dressed hopefully working out by 5 or so.  People think I am crazy but I love having this time to just focus on my workouts without a kid "working out with me" or needing something.  It is just my time...then the rest of the day I can focus on work, kids, and family.

I enjoyed this a.m. workout.   I get ideas for my workouts from the WODBOXAPP on my phone.  It contains a ton of different Crossfit workout boxes and their workouts.
