Saying goodbye...

Hey everyone, hope all is well in your neck of the woods.  We have been dealing with the loss of the Fireman's grandpa on Friday night.  We were able to take the boys and visit one last time, even though he was not aware of it,  before his passing which was comforting. He had been sick for quite some time and his body had given up on him and it was heart wrenching to see a man who farmed for his whole life, working the cattle, plowing the fields, struggle each and everyday to move a limb, try to speak..

The service was wonderful, the weather was perfect, and the Fireman and his quartet group sang beautifully, and hardworking hands were laid to rest yesterday.
