Plate-D Workout

Popping in to show you the quick workout I did the other morning before Father's Day fun.  I use a barbell plate in this workout but you can use dumbbells or nothing.  It is easily modified. 

I ran outside, around my house and down the road with the can run in place, or run around your house or on a treadmill, you do what works for you
