Learning the "ropes" #sponsored

I received a 45' Muscle Rope to review as part of my ambassadorship with Fitfluential. All opinions are my own.

I have had my eye on a rope set for some time now for our basement workout area.  The variety and workouts you can do with this piece of equipment are endless so I was ectastic when I found out that I was going to have the opportunity to try them out.

I was sent the 45' Lightning and this baby was awesome.  It has got some weight to it and it certainly challenged me in this workout I put together.

Pros:
Gets the heart pumping
Handles were easy to grip even when I was sweating profusely
There are a variety of exercises and combinations you can put together (their website has a great workout tab that I am going to be checking out)

Cons:
To utilize these ropes a pole or sturdy object to wrap around is key
( I started out using our weight bench and couch legs, but the ropes were quite loud when we slammed them against the floor, and we didn't want to wake the kids, so I moved outside)

And some video of my doing the exercises:

I loved the Muscle Ropes and am very thankful that I was given the opportunity to review them for you.

Plus, I am so excited to be able to use these with my clients...they are in for a ride.

You can find out more about Muscle Ropes at their website and follow them on twitter, instagram and on facebook.
