Soldier of Steel™ Transformational Workout Plan Developed by MAN OF STEEL™ Trainer

and they did.......they came when our little town was destroyed by a Tornado in 2008.  My most vivid images are the destruction that occured and the National Guard Soldiers walking down the streets offering help, protection, and solace. 

They have to be ready at a moments notice and they need to be physically ready.

I went to where I downloaded a one month training routine developed by celebrity trainer Mark Twight, watched various fitness training webisodes, and detailed instructions on different exercises.
