Tell the tooth fairy to wait....

I got a lot to recap so sit tight.....

First things first, Bubba lost his first tooth This thing has been dangling by a thread for weeks now and last night while brushing his teeth it was crooked so I reached in and grabbed it and yanked it out....to say he was excited is the understatement of the year
I then proceeded to tell him that we needed to put the tooth under his pillow for the Tooth Fairy to which he promptly asked me to tell the Tooth Fairy to wait a day, because he had to show the teacher his tooth.  Poor teacher.
Kyle mentioned to me that while they were praying Bryson added his own little request...he prayed "that the tooth fairy will not find his tooth in the baggie and take it"
 I got 3.45 miles/30 minutes in over lunch yesterday, I love #runches

After some strength training at home that night, I hit the mat for some yoga, at the end of my practice I worked on my inversions again.  I am getting closer to being straight and holding it longer than 10 seconds.  I guess I will just keep practicing.  (luckily my husband was there to catch all my falls and imbalances on camera)
Got up this morning and made my way into Bootcamp with some lovely ladies, lots of isolation work today.
For breakfast, none other than my Udiwhich.....I am trying out different names. I like Udiwhich, it has a nice ring to it.
Udiwhich
1 egg
1 egg white
2 slices of pear
handful of spinach
1 tsp coconut oil
2 slices of Udi's Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread

I combine my eggs, spinach and coconut oil in my handy dandy microwave egg baker. Nuke it for about 1 minute, check it, and then 30 seconds more(you gauge what consistency you like your eggs at). While the eggs are cooking, toast your bread.
Assemble sandwhich, 1 piece of toast, egg concoction, slices of pear, and top with toast..
Perfection....you can add bacon, ham, salsa, avocado...whatever you want!

I could eat another one right now...
Volleyball was cancelled yet again last night due to the winter storm....stupid snow....

Our "spring practice" for baseball...it is so cute watching them play and act all "tough"

Question of the day?
What is your favorite way to eat an egg?

I enjoy scrambled, but when I was younger I would always get a poached egg when we went to the restaurant...I saw my grandpa get it once so I thought I should try and loved it.

  1. Congrats on the big tooth loss, how exciting! I used to have a tooth fairy "pillow" that my mom sewed a small pocket into, it was so cute! And "udiwhich" has a nice ring to it, I like. I'm a "dippy" or scrambled fan! Have a fab afternoon!
