Supersets with a Cardio Burst
As a wife and mother time is of the essence,
and I need workouts to be less than an hour...
that is why I love "supersetting" my strength portion utilizing both arms and legs...
maximize the burn, minimize time spent away from family ,
or utilize the time "while they are sleeping" :)
Here was my workout from Saturday mornings 5 am wake up call
