Sprint Tabata ladder on the treadmill
5 minute warm up at 6.5
Sprint 20 seconds at 8mph/rest 10, 2 minutes
Sprint 20 seconds at 8.5/rest 10, 2 minutes
Sprint 20 seconds at 9/rest 10 seconds, 2 minutes
Sprint 20 seconds at 9.5/rest 10 seconds, 2 minutes
Sprint 20 seconds at 10/rest 10 seconds, 2 minutes
Sprint 20 seconds at 9.5/rest 10 seconds, 2 minutes
Sprint 20 seconds at 9/rest 10 seconds, 2 minutes
Sprint 20 seconds at 8.5/rest 10, 2 minutes
Sprint 20 seconds at 8mph/rest 10, 2 minutes
Cool Down at 6.5 for 5 minutes
