Workouts and WIAW Meals Catch Up

I am linking up with Jenn at Peas and Crayons again since I haven't participated in awhile, but I am jumping back on! 

One of my new favorite breakfasts, egg scramble with sweet potatoes and spinach

 Snacks include these handy dandy snack packs of apples from Costco, and of course Naturebox snacks never disappoint
 Wallace Farms was hosting a challenge to find a error on their new website and receive some Nick's Sticks made from grass fed cattle...and I won so I will be trying those out tonight...haven't had the chance yet
 This supper never gets old, chicken breast with roasted broccoli favorite!!!

Monday's Bootcamp consisted of strength exercises and I finished the night with some more strength exercises
Tuesday's Bootcamp, all cardio(high knees, mountain climbers, etc) finished the night off with legs and core lifting
Wednesday's Bootcamp, a mixture of torture...and tonight doing some shoulder lifting

So there you have update in a nutshell!!
