 IsaPro for breakfast....a yummy chicken salad with all the fixins for lunch....tomatoes fried in a little bit of coconut oil, topped with a thin slice of fresh mozzarella and some lean ground beef for protein

Paleo Cookies

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas,
  • 2 tablespoons natural almond butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or I had butterscotch on hand so I used those but I prefer dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend together the banana, almond butter, vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add in flours and chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Scoop dough evenly and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 11-14 minutes or until slightly golden on top.
Remove from oven and allow to cool
