Tuesday: Bootcamp-brutal cardio/legs and core strength
Wednesday: Bootcamp-another brutal workout, cardio only day
Thursday: Bootcamp/Cardio, Back/Biceps strength workout
Friday: Bootcamp/Legs and Core/ Shoulders
Active Rest Day (pool time, sprinkler time, gardening)
