Hello all! Just another workout recap here....busy week on the treadmill, bootcamp at the gym, and #bestbodybootcamp which featured push/pull workouts that I enjoyed doing and really felt the burning in the muscles.

Tuesday- Rest Day
Walk 30 minutes

Wednesday
Bootcamp
This elliptical workout

Thursday
Bootcamp
Treadmill 40 minutes:
1st Interval 10 min 5,6,7,8,9,9,8,7,6,5 
2nd Interval 10 min Sprint @10 20sec/10sec rest
3rd Interval 10 min 30 sec 5mph/30 sec 8 mph
4th Interval 10 min 5,6,7,8,9,9,8,7,6,5

Friday 
Bootcamp 
Saturday

Sunday
 I repeated this 2x, for a total of 6+ miles
