Here are some of my favorite Yoga postures that really make my arms "feel the burn" Try them out and let me know what you think?
6 postures- 3 sets
Four Limb Staff Pose
Alternate Leg/Arm Raise
Dolphin Pushups
Side Plank Left
Side Plank Right
Table Pose to Ab Pull Through
Workout
1st set : Hold each posture 60 sec/rest for 20 sec
2nd set: Hold each posture 40 sec/rest for 20 sec
3rd set: Hold each posture 20 sec/rest for 20 sec
