Butterscotch/Oatmeal Cookies
Last night I had an overwhelming urge for something Butterscotchy..is that a word....and I just happened to have a bag o' butterscotch chips on my baking shelf...its as if the world was aligning before my eyes... thus began the adventure of throwing some of this in a bowl, and some of that in a bowl........and what came out was sooooooo gooooood....I seriously had to find something to do so I wouldn't eat the whole pan.
