Taco Thursday

We all know how to make taco's but do you know how to make taco shells out of corn tortillas by hanging them in the oven...well if you do, then you really don't need my help, but for those of you who don't, be prepared to be WOWED!!!!

                 Taking corn tortillas, you gently place them across 2 wrungs of your oven rack and just bake at 350 degrees until you get your desired crispiness

Easy peasy.....
 Fill with your favorite toppings.....

The boys: Taco Seasoned Ground Beef, tomatoes, lettuce, lots o' cheese, salsa, sour cream
Ingredients for Taco Seasoning
2 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder (optional if you want some kick)

 For me: Black Beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, salsa, and cottage cheese

                                              Vaya hacer tacos...translation...Go make tacos
         (4 years of high school Spanish and I still had to look up the words on google..don't  judge)
