30 minutes fast treadmill workout...
On Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays I have about a 30 minute window after Bootcamp and before I have to start getting ready for work where I can get a quick run in. It has to be fast, it has to get the heartrate going, so what better way than some sprint intervals. I kind of just went along and messed with speeds and this is what I found...lucky me....it got the ole heart rate up for sure...Let me know what you think of it....
