Treadmill Workout

I needed a quick 3 mile treadmill workout, that would get the heart pumping, the blood flowing and the sweat dripping and this did it.  Enjoy

Minutes Speed
0-5 5  
5-6 6  
6-7 6.5  
7-8 7  
8-9 7.5  
9-10 8  
10-11 8.5  
11-12 8  
12-13 7.5  
13-14 7  
14-15 6.5  
15-16 6  
Repeat again  
3 miles in under 30 minutes!









Pretty simple but I like interval running and this didn't bore me
