21 Days
As you know, I love my Yoga, but I haven't been practicing it as religiously as I should be, and I hate that. I feel better mentally and physically when I do. I need to be held accountable and make time for Yoga, and like a ray of sunshine from the sky, Jenna at Eat, Live, Run decides to hold a 21 day Yoga challenge. So, I am now declaring it on my blog....I am going to make time whether it be, 5 minutes or 50 minutes, to fit Yoga into my daily schedule and get back on track.
