Treadmill Workout

I enjoyed my treadmill workout today and I thought I would share.  Got a good sweat going and got the ole heartrate up!

2 miles warm up at 5.5 pace

2X6 minutes gradual speed up
I started at 5.5, 6.0,6.5,7.0,7.5 and end with 8.0
Then a 2 minute recovery at 5.0
Repeat this sequence 2-3 times

Cool Down with another 2 miles at 5.5 pace

Enjoy!  I would much prefer to run outside than on the treadmill but this weather does not want to cooperate.
