A Buitoni Riserva Review
As part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker Program, I received a coupon for a free 
Riserva Pasta. Buitoni had a great selection to choose from and I went with the Spicy Beef and Sausage Ravioli, which I can't believe, because my mouth does not handle spicey. I created a very simple meal with this pasta since it was pretty carb heavy already. I cooked the pasta according to the package directions(very easy and very fast), stirred in some steamed veggies, drizzled it with some extra virgin olive oil, add a pinch of salt and voila', a meal in minutes. My husband thought that it might of given it a little more zing with alfredo or marinara sauce. I liked it with the EVOO.

Overall, the pasta got a thumbs up from my husband, my 4 year old, and I ,even though it was a bit spicy for my taste. I would purchase another variation to try in the future. Just a heads up, the serving size says for 2, it is a small 2 servings with pasta alone. We added the vegetables in amongst this ravioli and everyone got plenty.
