Vlog: On the hour desk workout

Lately I have been really trying to do something on the hour to add a little burst of exercise to my day.  Today, had the epiphany to tape it....so here was my quickie desk workout for today.
Squats 10
Side Leg Raises 10/side
Leg Raises to the back 10/side
Knee Lifts 10/per knee
It doesn't seem like much but do this on the hour and you will feel a twinge later that night!:)
