VEDA Vlog #1
Today marks the start of VEDA which stands for Vlog everyday in August. So, I have accepted the challenge along with some of my #fitfluential friends and I am gracing you with my face and voice for the next 30 days...you are squealing with delight aren't you. Some days the vlog will make sense, other days it won't, but I am making an effort and that is all that counts. It is a fun challenge and I have some pretty good wacky ideas I think for upcoming vlogs. Please join me as I shine spiral through this month with #VEDA.
Are you comfortable in front of the camera? Even though there is no one to make eye contact with, I still have trouble looking straight at the camera. I am avoiding "camera eye contact"...is that weird or what.

Welcome to the challenge! Oh no you broke rule #1 lol no vertical videos! Ok it's not really a bad idea but the VEDA ppl had a link to a really funny post on why we shouldn't do it.
