    Yoga is effective exercise to lose and maintain healthy body weight so we must practice yoga daily. Yoga helps in better breathing and makes our body flexible. Yoga reduce pulse rate, sooth depression, improves mood and reduce the risk of depression and cardiovascular disease.

    1. YEP, that is why I am a Registered Yoga teacher because of its benefits and being able to share them with everyone!
