Treadmill/Oh lord I am going to pass out Interval workout

So I decided I was getting a little bored with just running on the treadmill and decided to add a little interval workout to it, went to my book of fun and found this written down....wowzers...did I work myself over good but wow it felt great!  Add in a chest/triceps strength workout and I am good to go for the day! Quick and painful!
  • 40 burpees
  • 40 plank jacks
  • 40 two leg mountain climbers
  • 3 minutes sprint interval(increase speed every 30 seconds)start with 6.5,7, 7.5, 8.0, 8.5,9.0
  • 30 burpees
  • 30 plank jacks
  • 30 two leg mountain climbers
  • 3 minute sprint interval(see above)
  • 40 burpees
  • 40 plank jacks
  • 40 two leg mountain climbers
  • 3 minute sprint interval(see above)
  • 30 burpees
  • 30 plank jacks
  • 30 two leg mountain climbers
  • 3 minute sprint interval(see above)
  • 5 minute cool down jog at 5
