Elf4Health, Brussel Sprouts, and Decorating

Decorating will commence at work today, and it includes about 6 trees and other odds and ends...

I have my game face on, and it is go time.....

Exhausted the arms out at Bootcamp this morning...

Breakfast On-The-Go
 Peppermint Mocha Smoothie
1 scoop of Protein Powder of your choice
1 cup Almond Milk
1 drop of Peppermint Extract
1 half frozen banana
2 cups spinach
1 teaspoon of dark cocoa powder
I also add ice because I like my smoothies thick...
Blend together and enjoy....

and today's challenge is to "go meatless" 

Lunch
Vegetable Soup
Quinoa Salad(from last night) that included:
Tomatoes
HB Eggs
Brussel Sprouts
Romaine Lettuce
Carrots
Mixed all together and it was delish
 

Do you like Brussel Sprouts? 
 This was the first time I have ever had them and I roasted them with salt and garlic. 
 Hubby and I agree they weren't too bad, but they will not be veggie staple for us :)
